Yoga for YOU (Terri Cain)

There is a saying: "If you Breathe, you can do yoga!" But which yoga? Every Yoga is not right for everybody. We each come to the practice with a unique body that works in unique ways. We are more or less flexible, have tighter or looser shoulders, cope with this or that injury or medical condition. The practice is not about bending your uniqueness into prescribed Yoga postures-rather, the yoga postures should "bend" to benefit the uniqueness of the individual. When you come to your next yoga class remeber to celebrate the beauty of yoga that is uniquely you!
