Drop in to this weekly class and learn how o meditate. Meditation is a scientific method that functions to make the mind eaceful and positive. Through guided meditations and brief advice on how to aintain the peaceful minds that we do cultivate, our daily life becomes aeans to improving our compassion and wisdom.

Feb. 11- Death and Impermanence
Feb. 18- Wisdom Fear
Feb. 25- Finding real protection
