Odiyana Center Mediatation Workshop Series
Held weekly on  Sundays, 3-4 pm


Drop in to this weekly class and learn how to meditate. Meditation is a scientific method that functions to make the mind peaceful and positive. Through guided meditations and brief advice on how to maintain the peaceful minds that we do cultivate, our daily life becomes a means to improving our compassion and wisdom.

April 8- Karma and me
April 15- What is suffering?
April 22- Recognizing the root of suffering
April 29 - No class - US Festival at Glen Spey, NY
May 6 -  Practicing the path: Moral Discipline
May 13 - Practicing the path: Concentration
May 20 - Practicing the path: Wisdom
